1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Listings AI website and service ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Listings AI for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modifying or copying the materials
• Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Listings AI
• Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server

3. Disclaimer

The materials on Listings AI are provided on an 'as is' basis. Listings AI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Listings AI or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Listings AI, even if Listings AI or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Lead Quality & Accuracy

While we strive to provide high-quality, pre-qualified seller leads with verified intent:

• Listings AI does not guarantee conversion or appointment booking
• Lead quality is subject to verification and our quality standards
• Users are responsible for their own follow-up and lead management
• We reserve the right to pause or terminate service for quality concerns

6. Payment Terms & Card Authorization

Users agree to pay $150 per qualified seller appointment delivered. By signing up for Listings AI services, you authorize us to charge the card on file once a qualified appointment is successfully delivered to your calendar.

• Charges are applied upon successful appointment delivery and confirmation
• Users can pause appointment flow anytime, and no charges will apply when paused
• Card authorization remains valid for the duration of your service agreement
• You may update your payment information at any time through your account settings

7. Refund Policy

All payments for delivered appointments are non-refundable. Once an appointment has been booked and delivered to your calendar, the charge for that appointment is final. This applies regardless of whether the appointment results in a listing or conversion. However, if an appointment fails to meet our quality standards or was delivered in error, users may request a free replacement appointment rather than a refund.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Listings AI operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
